the 2018 IAFC Diversity Keynote

I had the great opportunity to give a keynote address, during the Diversity Breakfast, at the 2018 International Association of Fire Chiefs Conference.
I want to thank my Mentors Dr. Denis Onieal and Dr. Carl Holmes for "pulling my coattail" many years ago.  They are true examples of Leaders who invest in people who care for other people.
